Quality Control Technician - Incoming Materials & Finished Products

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming products to ensure conformance to specifications and drawings
• Contain inventory of items across the plant when issues are identified
• Analyze defects and determine the disposition of non-conforming items
• Document and report product quality levels
• Communicate with team members to solve problems
• Respond to production line calls regarding quality concerns or needs
• Follow up with the appropriate channels when concerns are identified

Physical Requirements

• Frequent reaching, lifting, twisting, and use of finger dexterity, grasping, and repetitive motions
• Ability to perform tasks that involve talking, hearing, and visual acuity
• Office work involving computer use
• Ability to alternate between sitting and standing positions

Working Environment

• A varied mix of production, warehouse, and office settings
• Frequent interaction with employees and vendors
