Key Reponsibilities
- Perform in-process testing of components for Lateral Flow, ELISA, and Molecular products.
- Conduct final release testing for Lateral Flow, ELISA, and Molecular products.
- Troubleshoot technical and quality-related issues.
- Operate laboratory equipment and perform technical testing procedures.
- Review and verify batch records for accuracy and completeness.
- Calibrate and maintain laboratory equipment.
- Maintain compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
- Support Quality Management System (QMS) activities and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
- Accurately document testing results and quality records.
- Identify and report deviations from approved manufacturing procedures.
- Perform cleaning and sanitization activities, including the use of bleach as required.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in Biology, Chemistry, Life Sciences, or another related technical field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific or technical discipline is preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of laboratory and/or quality control experience.
- Experience in a quality assurance role within the medical device industry is preferred.
