Quality Control Manager - Heavy Civil with AIS Infrastructure

About the role

The Quality Control Manager is responsible for ensuring adherence to quality standards in heavy civil projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of quality control procedures.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Develop and implement corrective actions plans based on inspection findings.
• Collaborate with project teams to resolve quality issues and improve processes.
• Prepare and present quality control reports to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in quality assurance and management.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
