What You'll Do

  • Perform in-process quality checks (weights, measurements, visual inspections)
  • Accurately document and report inspection results
  • Identify and communicate quality issues to supervisors and production teams
  • Ensure products meet company and customer quality standards
  • Operate testing equipment (pH meters, balances, vacuum testers)
  • Maintain proper labeling and traceability on the production line

What You Bring

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to follow procedures and document results clearly
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
  • Basic math and measurement skills
  • Previous manufacturing or quality experience preferred (not required—we'll train!)
  • Adaptability: Able to move between departments and interact with machine operators to identify and correct quality issues
  • Attention to Detail: Strong observational skills and the ability to spot inconsistencies or defects
  • Communication Skills: Capable of clearly documenting inspection results and effectively communicating problems and solutions to team members
  • Multitasking Ability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and priorities
  • Basic Computer Literacy: Ability to learn and use spreadsheet and word processing software
  • Math Proficiency: Able to perform basic calculations using the metric system
  • Discretion and Integrity: Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED (required)
  • Previous QC or manufacturing experience - at least 3 to 6 months in a similar role preferred
