Quality Control Laboratory Technician I

About the role

QC Lab Technician supporting daily laboratory activities in a GMP environment, including source material inspections, testing preparation, documentation review, and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Perform source material inspections and laboratory testing preparations
• Review and document send-out testing and pooled samples
• Log samples, initiate incidents and deviations as needed
• Maintain lab supplies and support equipment maintenance
• Ensure compliance with GMP standards and procedures

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific field or Associate’s with 4+ years GMP experience
• Minimum 1 year relevant laboratory experience
• Strong attention to detail, communication, and technical writing skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team, adapt to fast-paced work
• Proficient with MS Office

Work Environment

Mix of office and laboratory settings, requiring sitting or standing for extended periods, lifting up to 25 pounds, and working under pressure to meet deadlines.
