Quality Control Lab Tech - B Shift

Requirements
- High school diploma (or equivalency)
- Previous experience in a quality role within a manufacturing environment
- Experience with re-purposing off-quality material (preferred)
- Knowledge of non-woven PET products and properties (preferred)
- Good time management, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- Ability to meet physical requirements: frequent walking, bending, pushing/pulling, and continuous standing
- Must be at least 18 years of age
Responsibilities
- Plan re-inspection line activities to meet business goals
- Inspect and disposition non-conforming material daily; properly status off-quality material for effective processing
- Assist with quality testing and equipment calibration
- Manage and lead other employees, including coaching and training
- Maintain records, reports, and other documentation
- Remain safety-focused in all activities
