We need to produce HTML fragment with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. The posting includes a Job Summary (maybe About the role). It has responsibilities list. It has Education, Certification/Licensure, Work Experience, Knowledge/Skills/Abilities (both minimum and preferred). It has benefits and salary info. No schedule info. So we should include sections: About the role (maybe from Job Summary), Responsibilities, Requirements (maybe combine Education, Certification/Licensure, Work Experience?), Qualifications (maybe preferred?), Skills (knowledge/skills/abilities), Benefits, Pay. No Schedule. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate like EEO etc. Also remove navigation, cookie, legal, duplicated lines, application instructions. The posting includes some EEO at end; we must remove that. Also remove "Medline Industries, LP, and its subsidiaries, offer a competitive total rewards package..." but we need to keep benefits info. The benefits paragraph includes health insurance etc. We'll keep that. We need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include all details from responsibilities, education, etc. Must not omit any specifics. We need to format lists with
  • . For prose use

    . For headings use

. We need to decide sections: - About the role: could be the Job Summary paragraph: "Under minimal supervision, the QC Inspector II oversees quality projects, ensures compliance with Medline SOPs, and maintains product integrity at the distribution center." That's a short sentence. Could also include the first paragraph "Job Summary". We'll put that as About the role. - Responsibilities: list all responsibilities from "MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:" and also earlier responsibilities list before that? The posting includes a paragraph after Job Summary: "Responsibilities include investigating and documenting held finished goods, managing holds and releases, completing rework assignments, inspecting raw materials and finished goods using various methods, recording inspection results, providing product disposition, ensuring inventory control, performing final inspections, and ensuring compliance with quality procedures and company policies." Then there is a "MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:" list. We need to combine all responsibilities without duplication. We must preserve all substantive info; but we should avoid duplicated lines. So we need to merge the two lists, removing duplicates. Let's extract responsibilities: From first paragraph: - investigating and documenting held finished goods - managing holds and releases - completing rework assignments - inspecting raw materials and finished goods using various methods - recording inspection results - providing product disposition - ensuring inventory control - performing final inspections - ensuring compliance with quality procedures and company policies From MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES list: - Apply and remove holds in the system and Q-Tag. - Assess and repackage inbound damaged goods. - Communicate with divisional partners to determine product disposition. - Maintain communication with branch personnel and divisional partners. - Operate material handling equipment (e.g., reach truck, order picker) to manage inventory. - Assist with item adjustments and other inventory-related tasks. - Prioritize and perform recall activities, including stock checks, deviations, relabels, product rework, and pedigree verification. - Coordinate project/rework areas and resources. - Maintain daily reports of held stock using SAP, Excel, and other systems. - Ensure compliance with SOPs and regulations; communicate with management to address non-conformances. - Maintain hazardous waste logs and perform weekly audits. - Use computer systems for communication, reporting, and tracking project time. - Recommend methods to increase efficiency. - Ensure shipments are from licensed vendors and maintain electronic logs. - Perform in-process and final inspections; complete inspection documentation. - Operate test equipment and perform measurements. - Identify defects and initiate non-conforming material reports. - Communicate effectively with quality assurance and production groups. - Verify and approve line start-up and equipment requirements. - Participate in continual improvement and customer satisfaction efforts. - Read and interpret engineering instructions and other documents. - Comply with quality systems, GMP, GDP, OSHA, and company regulations. - Review manufacturing/production documents to ensure accuracy. - Perform line clearance procedures for product release. - Review and approve Engineering Change Notices (ECNs) and substitutions. We need to ensure we don't duplicate items that appear in both lists. For example, "ensuring compliance with quality procedures and company policies" vs "Ensure compliance with SOPs and regulations; communicate with management to address non-conformances." Slightly different but similar. We'll keep both as they are not exact duplicates. "Perform in-process and final inspections; complete inspection documentation." vs earlier "performing final inspections" and "inspecting raw materials and finished goods". Not duplicate. "Apply and remove holds in the system and Q-Tag." vs earlier "managing holds and releases". Not duplicate. We'll keep all. Now Education/Certification/Licensure/Work Experience/Knowledge Skills Abilities. We have sections: Education: MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS: Typically requires High School Diploma or equivalent. Certification / Licensure: At least 1 years of quality control experience in a regulated industry setting. Work Experience: None Knowledge / Skills / Abilities: Proficiency in using powered warehouse equipment. Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English. Strong attention to detail, including the ability to read and understand labeling information, discern differences in similar products or packaging, and identify differences in character sequences (e.g., Lot, Expiration, Date of Manufacture). Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, and fractional to decimal conversions. Basic computer skills, including the ability to generate Non-Conforming Material Reports (NCMRs) or certificates as necessary, and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.). Ability to work in hot and cold environments. Capability to sit, walk, or stand for prolonged periods, with frequent twisting and bending. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to prioritize quickly in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Ability to process all relevant details, understand and prioritize their importance, and draw concise conclusions. Basic knowledge of quality regulations such as GMP, GDP, ISO, or 21CFR 820, 210-211. Education: PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS: None Certification / Licensure: None Work Experience: At least 2 years of quality control experience in a regulated industry setting. Knowledge / Skills / Abilities: None Thus we have minimum and preferred. We need to combine into sections: Requirements (maybe minimum) and Qualifications (preferred). Or we could have Requirements (Education, Certification/Licensure, Work Experience) and Qualifications (preferred). The instruction: use headings for Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we need to map. We have Education (minimum) and Certification/Licensure (minimum) and Work Experience (minimum: None). Then preferred: Education None, Certification/Licensure None, Work Experience: At least 2 years..., Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: None. Thus we could have: - Requirements: include minimum Education, Certification/Licensure, Work Experience (if any). Since Work Experience minimum is None, we might omit that line? But we should not include filler like "None". The instruction: never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g., "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Does "None" count as filler? Likely yes, it's placeholder. So we should omit sections that have only None or no content. For Requirements, we have Education and Certification/Licensure with content. Work Experience minimum is None, we can skip that line. So Requirements section will contain Education and Certification/Licensure details. - Qualifications: preferred: Work Experience: At least 2 years..., Education None, Certification/Licensure None, Knowledge/Skills/Abilities None. So we have only Work Experience content. So Qualifications section will contain that. - Skills: Knowledge / Skills / Abilities from minimum (since preferred none). So Skills section will contain that list. - Benefits: we have benefits paragraph. - Pay: we have salary range. - Schedule: none, so omit. - About the role: we have job summary. Now we need to ensure we don't repeat content. For Skills we include the list from minimum Knowledge/Skills/Abilities. Ensure we don't duplicate with Responsibilities etc. Now we need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. We'll produce something like:
