Quality Control Inspector

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Covers coordination with engineering, sales and manufacturing personnel to effectively resolve problems related to product design, materials, specifications and/or manufacturing operations.
• Ensures all quality control policies, procedures, directives and systems are in compliance with company and/or applicable federal regulations, continually strives to increase the level of quality assurance within the facility.
• Ensures all safety policies and procedures are followed in accordance with guidelines established by the Company in accordance with OSHA regulations.

Qualifications

• Education and/or Experience: High School degree or G.E.D. and one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Physical Demands

• While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear.
• The employee is frequently required to walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms.
• The employee is required to stand; climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.

Work Environment

• The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud.
• Work will be done in seasonal weather, warm and/or cold temperatures.
