Quality Control Inspector

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Covers coordination with engineering, sales, and manufacturing personnel to effectively resolve problems related to product design, materials, specifications, and manufacturing operations.
• Ensures all quality control policies, procedures, directives, and systems comply with company and/or applicable federal regulations, continuously striving to enhance the quality assurance within the facility.
• Ensures adherence to safety policies and procedures in line with guidelines set by the company and in accordance with OSHA regulations.

Education and/or Experience

• High School degree or G.E.D. and one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Physical Demands

• Regularly required to talk or hear.
• Frequently required to walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms.
• Required to stand; climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• Occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.

Work Environment

• The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud.
• Work will be done in seasonal weather, warm and/or cold temperatures.
