About the role
Inspect and ensure all construction projects meet quality standards. Perform routine checks on building materials and workmanship.
Responsibilities
- Verify compliance with local building codes and regulations
- Assess structural integrity and safety of buildings and structures
- Monitor progress and address issues in a timely manner
- Document findings and report to project managers
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in quality control inspection
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Skills
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Experience with quality assurance software
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software
