Quality Control Inspector II [Integra] | [Braintree, MA] | [On-site] | [6 month contract to start] About the Role Help make sure the products we ship are safe, reliable, and built to the highest standard. As a Quality Control Inspector II, you'll inspect and test incoming materials, in-process materials, and finished goods, keeping our quality records accurate and our operations in line with FDA regulations, ISO 13485, and cGMP requirements.You'll work closely with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Quality Assurance, and you'll be a go-to resource for quality questions on the floor. What You'll Do Perform in-process and final inspections using tools like calipers, rulers, and dataloggersTest raw materials, intermediates, and finished products for dimensions, performance, appearance, and correct assemblyPull random samples at incoming, in-process, and final stages per sampling proceduresReview inspection data for accuracy, help trend results, and escalate excursions promptlySupport OOS investigations, nonconformances, and CAPAs with factual data and documentationContribute to test method validation and help write and update procedures, protocols, logbooks, and checklistsMaintain Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and support document control, change control, and complaint handlingHelp prepare for FDA audits, customer audits, and regulatory inspectionsKeep inspection equipment, inventory, and your workspace organized and compliantGown and enter the cleanroom as neededSuggest ideas to improve workflows and inspection processes What You Bring RequiredHigh school diploma or equivalentWorking knowledge of standard laboratory and inspection practices and safetyFamiliarity with FDA and/or ISO standards in a regulated manufacturing environmentWorking knowledge of GMP and GDPModerate computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and database systemsStrong attention to detail, with the ability to follow instructions precisely, recognize deviations, and recommend corrective actionPreferredAssociate degree or technical certification in life sciences, quality, or a related field Impellam Group and its brands are equal-opportunity employers committed to diversity and inclusion.
