Quality Control Foreman

Key Responsibilities

• Oversight and management of all quality control activities on-site for a large-scale data center project
• Ensuring all work complies with project drawings, specifications, industry codes, and client standards
• Performing inspections, audits, and punch lists for low-voltage and security system installations
• Reviewing installation practices and verifying proper testing, labeling, and documentation
• Coinciding closely with project managers, superintendents, technicians, and subcontractors
• Identifying deficiencies and ensuring corrective actions are implemented promptly
• Maintaining accurate QC records and reports
• Supporting project closeout documentation and system turnover

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a QC Foreman or similar role on data center for security projects
• Strong background in low-voltage and security systems
• Mandatory experience with Lenel access control systems
• Mandatory experience with Axis camera systems
• Deep knowledge of installation standards, best practices, and quality assurance processes
• Able to lead field teams and enforce quality expectations
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work
