Quality Control Coordinator
About the role
Quality Control Coordinators ensure canvassers and field supervisors comply with all company policies by performing sample validations. This ensures recorded surveys accurately reflect the voice of the voter, and data entered into the CRM accurately reflects the action/outcome from the door.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a professional image at all times and create a space that encourages an open, honest dialogue.
- Master discretion during each interaction so that the canvass management team has the necessary information to formulate a decision.
- Previous campaign and/or managerial experience is preferred but not required.
- Successfully complete a 2 hr (unpaid) training and a minimum of two (2) paid canvass shifts prior to assuming the role.
Requirements
- Be 21 years or older with a valid driver's license.
- Provide a copy of your driving abstract from the Department of Motor Vehicles, and present proof of insurance coverage for liability.
- Transport canvassers to and from different locations and provide an extra level of safety.
Qualifications
- Have their own vehicle.
- Be comfortable speaking with all ethnicities and ages.
- Able to use a tablet.
- Excellent listening skills.
- Able to manage the movement and productivity of canvassers.
- Document important conversations that occur.
- Have a social security number or Green Card.
- Able to use a working, charged smartphone at all times (capable of receiving calls and accessing the internet access without WiFi connectivity).
- Exhibit professionalism when engaged with canvassers or the public.
