Quality Control Agent (A3, 3rd Shift)

About the role

CVG Hub Quality Control Agents are responsible for establishing and executing the policies and procedures necessary to manage the physical movement of outbound or inbound cargo within, into, and out of the hub. The position ensures that the entire process meets customer and internal requirements and is completed in an organized, efficient, and safe manner.

Responsibilities

• Repackage distressed shipments
• Reconcile shipments with incomplete or incorrect data
• Respond to e-mails in a professional manner
• Work with other operational groups
• Ability to multi-task and make independent decisions
