Primary Areas of Responsibility
- Quality Management System Administration (AS9100 and ISO 9001)
- Quality Management Representative (QMR) Responsibilities
- Customer Audit Planning, Coordination, and Follow-Up
- Customer Surveys, Assessments, and Compliance Questionnaires
- NADCAP Compliance Support and Audit Readiness
- CMMC Readiness Administration and Evidence Management
- Supplier Validation and Escalation Support
- Standards, Specification, and Document Management
- Gap Assessments, Corrective Actions, and Continuous Improvement Activities
- Management Review Support, Metrics, and Reporting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or related technical field preferred.
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience supporting or managing Quality Management Systems in a manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated experience with AS9100 and ISO 9001 quality systems required.
- Experience supporting customer audits, third-party certification audits, and corrective action processes required.
- NADCAP experience strongly preferred.
- Working knowledge of CMMC, NIST 800-171, customer cybersecurity requirements, or related compliance frameworks preferred.
- Internal Auditor or Lead Auditor certification preferred.
- Strong understanding of risk-based thinking, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continual improvement methodologies.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to influence and work effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and quality management system tools.
