Quality Clinic Technician

About the role

Oversee duties with RMA, DMR, stock rotation and Calibration; initiates failure investigation of non-conforming material. Develop and maintain metrics for the above mentioned duties.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Use standard basic and intermediate measuring devices; check dimensions in English and metric.
• Communicate and work with all levels of the organization.
• Perform consistently accurate and detail-oriented quality assurance tasks.

Requirements

• Experience using ERP systems.
• 1+ years working with DMRs/RMAs.
• Use of a wide variety of hand measuring tools.
• 3–5 years of Quality Assurance or related quality control experience.
• Ability to work cross-functionally across all departments.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office business software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Skills

• Desired: experience with optical measurement.
• Desired: knowledge of AS9100.
