Quality Automation Engineer

Duties

• Utilizing Playwright for automation using TypeScript/JavaScript.
• Developing automated test scripts, enhancing automation frameworks, executing UI/API testing, and improving test coverage to reduce manual effort.
• Working closely with development and product teams to identify, report, and resolve defects.
• Security testing for vulnerabilities from AI agents.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in QA/testing manual and automated testing.
• Proficiency with Playwright and modern web testing tools.
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, and collaboration within Agile teams.
• Strong understanding of software testing principles and CI/CD pipelines.
• Security vulnerability testing a big plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.

Pay

Anticipated rate while on contract is between $47-52/hr.
