Primary Responsibilities
- Gathers and compiles test data from the lab
- Creates customer test reports (Certificate of Analysis)
- Interacts / operates within customer specific portals to upload data, production volume and other customer specific needs
- Reviews test data prior to shipments, analyzes returned material, performs Root Cause Analysis, 8Ds, 5-Why, helps develop corrective actions
- Participates in new plant procedures, collecting data from experiments and assisting other team members
Education Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
Minimum Experience Required
- One (1) year of related experience
License(s) and/or Certification(s) Required

Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities Required
- Adheres to safety standards and regulations, including wearing proper protective equipment
- Ability to work any shift and overtime, and ability to lift and carry 70 pounds
- Ability to read calipers and/or micrometers
- Ability to troubleshoot and read blue-prints, and ability to read all meters of electrical and electronic equipment
- Ability to work at heights and operate various powered industrial material handling equipment
- Ability to read an oscilloscope
