Quality Assurance Technician
Your Role
- Manage product quality and release processes by performing incoming inspections, overseeing delivery holds, and validating final product releases to ensure all products meet quality standards before reaching customers.
- Drive supplier quality and compliance through supplier capability assessments, quality assurance protocol execution, and quality agreement management to maintain the integrity of purchased materials and finished goods.
- Lead quality issue resolution and documentation by managing nonconforming materials, quality notifications (QNs), and nonconformance reports (NCMs), ensuring accurate records and timely corrective actions.
- Coordinate team operations and quality performance by prioritizing daily activities, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, maintaining management board data, leading team meetings, and monitoring key quality metrics.
- Support continuous improvement and quality systems by contributing to Lean initiatives, value stream mapping (VSM), and eQMS maintenance while independently resolving issues and driving operational excellence.
You're The Right Fit If You've Acquired
- 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing quality function
- Computer literacy, SAP experience, audit experience, and compliance coordination
- Medical Device experience (preferred)
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to successfully perform the minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position
- Self starter with strong attention to detail
How We Work Together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers' or suppliers' locations. This is an office role.

Pay
The pay range for this position in Pennsylvania is $23.00 to $35.00/hr. The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
