What You'll Do
- Perform inspections, audits, and in-process checks to ensure food safety and compliance
- Collect samples and conduct lab tests, including cook quality, dimensions, coding, and more
- Monitor sanitation practices, GMPs, and foreign material controls
- Review records and release (or hold) product based on results
- Investigate quality issues and support corrective actions
- Partner with production teams to keep quality rooted in every step of the process
What You'll Bring
- At least 1 year of laboratory experience (food manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required)
- Strong attention to detail and a hands-on approach
- Basic math skills and comfort working with data
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
- A proactive mindset focused on problem-solving and continuous improvement
Schedule
Sunday-Thursday 3:00pm - 11:30pm
Pay
$21.53 per hour
