Key Responsibilities
- Select products for testing at specified stages of production.
- Perform testing of product dimensions, performance, and mechanical, chemical, or electrical characteristics.
- Set up and conduct destructive and non-destructive testing on materials, components, and finished products.
- Perform quality control inspections, checks, and testing during the manufacturing process.
- Inspect materials, parts, and products at various stages of production.
- Record inspection and test results and document observations.
- Compile and evaluate statistical data related to product quality and reliability.
- Identify quality concerns and provide recommendations for process improvements.
- Support quality activities related to incoming materials, process control, product evaluation, inventory control, product reliability, and research and development.
- Assist engineers with testing, inspection, and quality-related projects.
What We Are Looking For
- Associate degree (two-year degree) or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of related experience.
- Strong knowledge of testing methods and problem identification.
- Awareness of potential quality and process issues.
- Mastery of basic statistical calculations.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment, including standing and walking for extended periods.
- Occasional lifting of up to 25 lbs.
- Ability to navigate production floors and interact with equipment and teams.
- May require use of standard personal protective equipment (PPE).

- Compensation: Salaried non-exempt role with a starting salary range between $50,000 - $65,000 annually. Overtime pay applies.
