Quality Assurance Tech I (Entry Level) -1st shift (6 AM to 2:30 PM)

Location: El Paso, TX • 12-month contract • 40 hours/week • 1st shift (6 am – 2 pm) • Pay rate: $20–$25/hr

About the role

Quality Control is responsible for the efficient and effective performance of testing in conformance with regulations and standards. This entry-level position demonstrates limited experience and works under a high degree of supervision.

Responsibilities

• Complete routine tests following clearly defined SOPs and/or scientific methods.
• Adhere to quality guidelines and comply with all applicable regulations and standards.
• Identify basic non-compliance within regulations and standards.
• Maintain appropriate licenses, training, or certifications as needed.
• Develop skills in basic tasks, techniques, and procedures within one skill area, process, or method.
• Apply basic knowledge and skills to complete routine tasks consisting of prescribed steps.

Requirements

• Basic skills training in an analytical/scientific method or operational process area (e.g., material handling and management, logistics, manufacturing production).
• Limited, entry-level experience.
