Quality Assurance Tech 1 - Entry Level (Urgent Need)

Location: El Paso, TX • Duration: 12 months • Hours: 40/week • Pay rate: $20–25/hr

About the role

Quality Control is responsible for the efficient and effective performance of testing in conformance with regulations and standards. This is an entry-level contract position (W2) open to US citizens or Green Card holders only.

Schedule

Monday–Saturday, 8:30 AM–4:30 PM (first shift)

Responsibilities

• Complete routine tests following clearly defined SOPs and/or scientific methods.
• Adhere to quality guidelines and comply with all applicable regulations and standards.
• Identify basic non-compliance within regulations and standards.
• Develop skills in basic tasks, techniques, and procedures within one skill area, process, or method.
• Maintain required licenses, training, or certifications.
• Apply basic knowledge and skills to complete routine tasks consisting of prescribed steps.

Requirements

• Entry-level experience; limited prior experience required.
• Basic skills training in an analytical/scientific method or operational process area (e.g., material handling and management, logistics, manufacturing production).
• Works with a high degree of supervision.
• Experience in manufacturing or quality areas is desired.
