Quality Assurance Supervisor

About the role

Lead the distribution center's quality system as the Quality Assurance Supervisor to ensure the delivery of high-quality, safe, and legally compliant products. Govern the Quality Management system, implement the organization's quality strategy, and drive continuous improvement in quality and food safety.

Responsibilities

• Direct the deployment of the Quality Strategy at the site, enhancing procedures to meet key metrics aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate with the management team to establish site priorities based on local needs and the Quality Strategy.
• Support the implementation of International Featured Standards and promote a strong Quality mindset and behavior throughout the Distribution Center.
• Sustain an efficient Quality Management System in compliance with standards, including corrective actions, internal audits, and quality training programs.
• Drive continuous improvement of the Quality Management Systems through data analysis and trend evaluation using digital solutions.
• Manage Quality incidents and Stock Recovery at the Distribution Center, ensuring the implementation of relevant corrective and preventive actions.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree with 4+ years of related experience and 0 to 1+ years of leadership experience, or
• High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 7+ years of specific experience and 2 to 3+ years of leadership experience.

• Bachelor’s Degree.
