Responsibilities

Apply working knowledge of quality systems, standards, and procedures.
Demonstrate strong team-focused, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.
Maintain excellent communication skills.
Work extended or flexible hours as required.
Work in various locations within and outside the facility.
Pay close attention to detail.
Exhibit good human relations, leadership, and mature judgment.
Utilize strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

Physical Demands

Lift up to 40 pounds.
Stand, sit, and walk for prolonged periods.

Equipment/Tools Used

Computer, printer, telephone, photocopier, fax machine.
Personal protective equipment (PPE).
Assortment of metrology tools.

Education & Training

High School Diploma or GED required.
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Manufacturing Technologies (or related field), or equivalent experience.
Technical training in GD&T, Weld Standards, Manufacturing Practices, SPC.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
