About the Role

Quality Supervisor – Groveport, OH. Full‑Time, on‑site position leading a team of QA and QC professionals to ensure every product meets the highest standards of quality and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage and inspire a team of QA and QC professionals to meet production goals while upholding GMP and FDA standards.
• Tackle quality issues head‑on, provide expert guidance, and ensure timely resolutions that keep operations running smoothly.
• Conduct investigations, root‑cause analyses, and implement corrective actions to elevate quality performance.
• Participate in audits, refine processes, and ensure flawless documentation for new product launches and transfers.
• Coach, mentor, and empower team members to achieve excellence and grow professionally.
• Collaborate closely with Customer Service, Engineering, and Production to ensure seamless operations and exceptional outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Microbiology, Biology, or a related science.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience and hands‑on expertise in laboratory environments—preferably cosmetics or pharmaceuticals.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, FDA regulations, and microbiological testing methodologies.
• Natural leader with exceptional problem‑solving skills, adaptability, and the ability to thrive under pressure.

Physical & Work Environment

Climate‑controlled facility with moderate to loud noise levels. Ability to lift up to 50 lb occasionally and navigate a busy production floor.
