Base Salary Range: $73,000 - $85,000

Join a leading food and dairy manufacturer seeking a Quality Assurance Supervisor to oversee food safety, quality systems, and laboratory operations within a fast-paced production environment.

Schedule

Night shift (Thursday–Saturday), 6:00 PM–6:30 AM ET

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop laboratory and quality team members across assigned shifts
• Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, GMP, HACCP, sanitation, and regulatory requirements
• Partner with plant leadership to improve product quality, operational performance, and food safety standards
• Investigate and resolve quality, food safety, and production-related issues
• Maintain quality documentation, records, and reporting requirements
• Train employees on quality and food safety procedures while reinforcing a strong quality culture
• Collaborate with production and cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Dairy Science, or a related field preferred OR 2 years of high-level plant-based laboratory experience
• Prior quality, laboratory, or food safety experience within a food or beverage manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of GMPs, HACCP, sanitation programs, and food safety systems
• Experience leading, coaching, or mentoring employees in a manufacturing setting
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced production environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related computer systems

Pay

$73,000 - $85,000 base salary
