Quality Assurance Specialist | GMP, HACCP & ISO Experience Required

What’s the Job?

Conduct Gemba walks and quality inspections throughout the production process to ensure products meet established specifications.

Support nonconformance investigations and corrective action activities (Z1, Z3, and Z5 cases).

Review batch records, analytical results, product specifications, and process changes prior to product release.

Monitor quality system actions within the Integrated Management System (IMS) and support document control processes.

Partner with operations teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and support plant-wide 5S activities.

What’s Needed?

• Minimum 2 years of Quality Assurance experience, preferably within fragrance, food, chemical, or manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, HACCP, and GMP standards.
• Experience working with quality systems such as SAP, LIMS, or similar platforms.
• Technical degree in Chemistry, Food Science, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving capabilities, and effective communication skills.
