About the role
Our client, a leading healthcare technology and medical devices organization, is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to join their team. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be part of the Quality Assurance Department supporting the Quality, Training, and Operations Teams. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.
Responsibilities
- Perform Quality Assurance evaluations using MS Forms and established quality standards.
- Monitor and evaluate customer interactions, processes, and deliverables for compliance and quality.
- Track, maintain, and report QA metrics and performance results.
- Provide feedback and coaching to support employee performance improvements.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and prepare quality reports for leadership.
Requirements
- 2+ years of Quality Assurance, auditing, or related experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Windows 10, and Microsoft 365 Outlook.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience evaluating data, processes, customer interactions, or quality metrics.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with strong attention to detail.
