About the role

Someone responsible for clerical duties and general operations functions within the Quality Assurance department to maintain quality control among various RCB Bank departments.

Responsibilities

  • Review output from multiple systems to the documents submitted by branch personnel and various departments throughout the bank.
  • This includes but is not limited to New Accounts, Image Processing, Account Services maintenance, Call Center and setup maintenance, ATM setup and maintenance, online banking setup and maintenance.
  • Give input for best practices as it relates to current data input procedures, or the documents used for data input.
  • Log and verify multiple policy violations with complete accuracy.

Requirements

  • You have demonstrated interpersonal skills.
  • You have sound communications skills.
  • You can work with minimal direction while maintaining focus and productivity.

Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or GED.
  • Strong MS Excel, Word, and Outlook skills.

Skills

  • Previous banking experience.
  • Previous customer service experience.
