Role Overview As QA Nurse / Compliance Coordinator, you will own clinical quality, regulatory compliance, and survey readiness for our home health program. You will conduct chart audits, drive performance-improvement initiatives, and ensure we are always survey-ready. Key Responsibilities Conduct OASIS chart audits and clinical-record reviews to identify quality opportunitiesLead performance-improvement projects targeting specific Star Ratings, HHCAHPS, and outcome metricsPrepare the agency for state and CMS surveys; manage corrective-action plans when neededTrain clinical staff on documentation standards, infection control, and patient safetyTrack and report on quality indicators monthly to the leadership teamInvestigate complaints and adverse events; document findings and follow-up Qualifications Current CA RN license + BSN preferred3+ years home health nursing with at least 1 year in QA or QAPIOASIS-C certification (COS-C) strongly preferredFamiliarity with CMS Conditions of Participation, Star Ratings, HHCAHPSStrong attention to detail and data-analysis skills What We Offer Competitive salary ($85,000–$115,000)Strategic role with direct executive visibilityComprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, 401(k)Professional development budget for COS-C, CPHQ, etc.Flexible work arrangements (some remote audit work possible) How To Apply Submit your application through the form on this page.
