Quality Assurance / NDT Supervisor

About the role

The Quality Assurance / NDT Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the quality control processes and Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) activities within the manufacturing facility.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all quality assurance and NDT procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and client requirements.
• Develop and implement training programs for new employees regarding quality control and NDT techniques.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and improve overall product quality.
• Prepare and present reports on quality control and NDT activities to management and clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in quality assurance and NDT roles.
• Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in using quality control software and tools.
• Experience with NDT methods such as ultrasonic testing, radiographic testing, and magnetic particle inspection.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
