Quality AssuranceFull-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. Must not repeat job title. Must not include Job ID etc. Must not include boilerplate like EEO, etc. Must preserve all substantive info.
We need to parse the posting.
Sections:
- OUR TEAM: description about team and role. Could be "About the role" or maybe "About the team". We'll use "About the role" heading.
- YOUR ROLE: description of role responsibilities. Could go under "Responsibilities".
- JOB OBJECTIVE: maybe also responsibilities.
- CORE DUTIES: list of duties.
- KEY QUALIFICATIONS: qualifications.
- PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: maybe also qualifications or skills.
- PHYSICAL DEMANDS: maybe under Requirements? Could be separate "Requirements" or "Skills"? Physical demands could be under "Requirements". But we need to decide.
We must not create sections with filler like "Pay", "Schedule", "Benefits" unless posting actually states them. The posting does not mention pay, schedule, benefits. So we omit those sections.
We need to include sections only when there is real specific content.
Thus we can have:
About the role
with paragraph(s) from OUR TEAM and maybe YOUR ROLE? Actually "About the role" could summarize the role purpose. We'll combine OUR TEAM and YOUR ROLE? But we need to preserve all substantive info; we can split into multiple sections. Better: Use headings as per list: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to map content: - About the role: maybe the introductory paragraph about team building and purpose. - Responsibilities: core duties list. - Requirements: maybe key qualifications (education/experience) plus physical demands. - Qualifications: maybe preferred qualifications? Or we could treat key qualifications as Requirements and preferred as Qualifications? But both are qualifications. The instruction says use headings exactly those words; we can decide which to use. We could have both Requirements and Qualifications sections. - Skills: maybe communication skills, AI tool usage, leadership, project management. We need to avoid duplication. Let's extract substantive content: OUR TEAM paragraph: "Promega's Product Quality & Compliance (PQ&C) team is building out dedicated leadership capacity to keep pace with the company's growth. This Supervisor role is being created specifically to support the quality professionals who keep Promega's quality functions running day to day: new product setup, external notifications, quality survey responses, label approvals, ADP assignments, product quarantine management and routine product release. Rather than splitting supervisory attention across scientific and operational priorities, this role lets one leader focus on the team supporting operational needs and on continuously improving the systems they run." YOUR ROLE paragraph: "As Supervisor, Quality Assurance, you'll lead the team that keeps Promega's quality systems running day to day — new product setup, external notifications, quality survey responses, label approvals, and routine product release — and own the disposition and release calls that come with that work: nonconforming product, quality holds, and general disposition planning. Quality system tools and documentation increasingly run through AI-supported platforms that can track dispositions, route notifications, and flag where a process is falling behind. They cannot decide whether a nonconforming product is safe to release, whether an employee needs more coaching or more autonomy, or which process fix is worth the disruption to implement. That judgment is yours — AI is a tool you and your team use, not a check on your work." JOB OBJECTIVE: "The Supervisor, Quality Assurance leads and develops Promega's quality systems and operations team, owning disposition and release decisions, daily oversight of QA-owned processes, and continuous improvement of the quality systems the team runs." CORE DUTIES: bullet list (we need to convert to- ).

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

- Ability to work occasionally in a laboratory environment.
EEO statement: we must remove.
Now map to headings.
We could have:
About the role
with OUR TEAM + YOUR ROLE + JOB OBJECTIVE? Might be too much but okay. But we also have Responsibilities section for core duties. Requirements: maybe KEY QUALIFICATIONS + PHYSICAL DEMANDS. Qualifications: maybe PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS. Skills: maybe communication skills, leadership, project management, AI tool usage. But we already have communication skills etc in KEY QUALIFICATIONS; we could move them to Skills. Better: Keep KEY QUALIFICATIONS as Requirements (education/experience). PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS as Qualifications. Skills: leadership, communication, project management, AI tool usage. But we need to avoid duplication; we can split. Let's decide: - About the role: OUR TEAM paragraph (maybe also YOUR ROLE? but YOUR ROLE is more about role responsibilities; could go to Responsibilities). We'll keep About the role as the introductory team description. - Responsibilities: YOUR ROLE paragraph + JOB OBJECTIVE + CORE DUTIES list. - Requirements: KEY QUALIFICATIONS (education/experience) + PHYSICAL DEMANDS. - Qualifications: PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS. - Skills: maybe we can extract from KEY QUALIFICATIONS: Strong verbal and written communication skills; Independent self-starter with proven planning, leadership, and project management skills; Comfortable using AI-supported tools day to day ...; Also from CORE DUTIES: leads and develops team, recruits, coaches, develops staff, etc. But those are responsibilities. Better to keep Skills separate: communication, leadership, project management, AI tool usage. But we must not invent content; we must only include what is present. Those items are present in KEY QUALIFICATIONS. So we can move them to Skills. Thus we will have:About the role
...
Responsibilities
...
- ...
Requirements
- ...
Qualifications
- ...
Skills
- ...
maybe two sentences. Then
- for core duties.
Requirements: list education/experience and physical demands.
We could make two
- for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we can have multiple lists.
We'll do:
Requirements
- B.S. or M.S. plus 8 years of experience, or Ph.D. plus 5 years of experience, in molecular biology, cell biology, proteomics, chemistry, or a Quality Assurance‑related field.
- Demonstrated technical understanding of development, manufacturing, and quality assurance processes for life science research products.
- Experience achieving results in a cross‑functional environment.
- Independent self‑starter with proven planning, leadership, and project management skills.
- Comfortable using AI‑supported tools day to day for documentation, tracking, and routing across the processes the team owns, and willing to help the team build that same fluency.
Physical Demands
? But we only allowed headings from list; Physical Demands not in list. Could fold into Requirements as items. So we can add physical demand items under Requirements as well
- under Requirements? But spec says use
- for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we can have multiple lists.
We'll do:
