Quality Assurance Monitor

Location: Indianapolis, IN

Your Role

You will monitor quality, segregation, documentation, and security of printed packaging components during production operations. You are committed to testing production samples and raw materials as required by established MM procedures. You are ambitious about communicating with involved parties to understand expectations and resolve quality‑related issues. You will conduct random inspections of the production process using established MM procedures. You will verify line clearance both during and after production.

Responsibilities

• Monitor quality, segregation, documentation, and security of printed packaging components during production.
• Test production samples and raw materials according to MM procedures.
• Communicate with involved parties to understand expectations and resolve quality‑related issues.
• Conduct random inspections of the production process using established MM procedures.
• Verify line clearance during and after production.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent education, with applicable technical training in Quality Assurance.
• Minimum of one year experience in Quality Assurance inspections.
• Ability to identify problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
• Strong communication skills, including reading, analyzing, and interpreting QA Monitor reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
