Quality Assurance Manager

Shift: Full Time, 1st Shift

Responsibilities

• Drives corrective action and continuous improvement initiatives by reviewing audit results and identifying the severity of the findings.
• Supports customers and business partners to maintain product integrity and trademarks.
• Establishes relationships and collaborates effectively with external parties to create opportunities for the company to meet financial goals.
• Maintains relationships with peers to exchange feedback on product service issues, identifying and solving problems.
• Works with cross-functional teams to meet business objectives and leads capital construction on high-profile projects using established procedures and new approaches.
• Manages complex regulatory issues affecting products and ingredients, including periods automatic replacement and material safety data sheets.
• Interacts with government officials to represent the company or soft drink industry while explaining complex scientific data, reports, or issues.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree with 6+ years of related experience and 3+ years of leadership experience, or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 9+ years of specific experience and 5+ years of leadership experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree.

Pay

$101,920 - $127,400 plus annual target bonus.
