Quality Assurance Manager

About the role

Responsible for ensuring high-quality standards are met across all products and services. Conducts thorough testing and provides feedback to improve product quality.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure software quality.
• Identify and report defects in products to development teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and project managers.
• Document testing processes and results for future reference.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance or similar role.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and tools.
• Experience with automated testing tools such as Selenium, JUnit, etc.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in at least one programming language.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with continuous integration and deployment systems.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
