About the role

The Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for ensuring the quality and integrity of all products and services offered by the company. This includes overseeing testing processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of the quality assurance process
  • Develop and implement testing strategies to ensure product quality
  • Identify potential issues and recommend solutions to improve product quality
  • Work closely with development teams to ensure that quality standards are met
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of the quality assurance program
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and tools
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in software testing tools such as JIRA, TestRail, etc.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and practices
  • Knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001, Six Sigma, etc.)
  • Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project

Pay

  • $75,000 - $85,000 annually

Schedule

  • Full-time position
  • Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
