About the role

As Quality Assurance Manager, you will optimize the customer experience across all touchpoints by understanding customer needs, identifying failures, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to create a positive and consistent experience. You will help build a culture of continuous organizational improvement through systems and education, ensuring associates know and execute their functional duties.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer service failures to determine resolution through individual training, companywide training, applying quality life cycle, and other quality strategies to eliminate potential failures.
• Drive operating consistency within the organization through the education of standard operating processes.
• Identify, develop, and coordinate programs and tools that ensure each associate is equipped to execute their functional duties.
• Oversee and enhance customer service incident reporting to monitor quality performance.
• Use trending and predictive data to proactively engage key resources to create and execute a quality strategy prior to customer experience deterioration.
• Serve as a resource to Viking Electric leadership, fostering the elevation of managerial skills and abilities in the application of quality principles through exposure, education, and coaching.
• Initiate and lead process improvement campaigns across the organization designed to improve profitability while maintaining or improving associate and customer experiences through consistent performance.

Requirements

• 4-8 years of experience in quality assurance or management, including leading quality initiatives.
• Management experience is preferred, along with strong business acumen in distribution supply chain processes.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Pay

Salary range: $73,000 - $105,000. Compensation includes an annual salary, a 15% short-term incentive bonus, and a full benefits package. The exact base salary may vary based on experience, skills, and geographic location.
