Quality Assurance Lead Consultant

Responsibilities

• Define and implement the QA program, including strategy and quality gates
• Act as the primary QA liaison for clients, program managers, and technical leads
• Mentor a QA team while also contributing hands-on as required
• Manage QA program resources and coordinate across cross-functional teams
• Maintain QA dashboards and prepare status reports for program reviews and decisions
• Define and track key quality performance indicators (KPIs) and raise risks proactively
• Lead comprehensive go-live assessments and hypercare support post-launch

Qualifications

• 7+ years in QA engineering with a focus on Salesforce and/or AWS
• Led QA on two enterprise Salesforce multi-cloud programs with 5+ direct reports
• Experience delivering a contact center and IVR telephony project using Service Cloud Voice or similar platforms
• Strong preference for exposure to Contact Center and ITSM domains

Pay

$100,000 – $130,000 annually
