Responsibilities
- Serve as the QA management representative, overseeing all aspects of quality assurance and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct internal and external audits to ensure adherence to ISO standards.
- Analyze data and manage quality documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer and product issues.
- Foster effective working relationships with both internal and external clients.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives, develop corrective and preventive action plans, and coordinate material non-conformity processes.
- Act as lead instructor and facilitator during quality-related training events.
- Some travel is required as necessary to fulfill job responsibilities.
Requirements
- Minimum of Associate Degree and/or equivalent of 5-8 years of direct quality assurance experience.
- Ability to meet all Lead Auditor qualifications referred to in NQA-1-1994.
- Detailed understanding of ISO standards.
- Strong organizational and communication skills (written and verbal).
- Able to work with cross-functional groups within the organization.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and corrective action skills.
- Strong computer skills/experience with Microsoft Office programs.
- Ability to troubleshoot and make value-added suggestions.
- Self-motivated and able to work with little or no supervision.
