Responsibilities

• Serve as the QA management representative, overseeing all aspects of quality assurance and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Conduct internal and external audits to ensure adherence to ISO standards.
• Analyze data and manage quality documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer and product issues.
• Foster effective working relationships with both internal and external clients.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives, develop corrective and preventive action plans, and coordinate material non-conformity processes.
• Act as lead instructor and facilitator during quality-related training events.
• Some travel is required as necessary to fulfill job responsibilities.

Requirements

• Minimum of Associate Degree and/or equivalent of 5-8 years of direct quality assurance experience.
• Ability to meet all Lead Auditor qualifications referred to in NQA-1-1994.
• Detailed understanding of ISO standards.
• Strong organizational and communication skills (written and verbal).
• Able to work with cross-functional groups within the organization.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and corrective action skills.
• Strong computer skills/experience with Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability to troubleshoot and make value-added suggestions.
• Self-motivated and able to work with little or no supervision.

Pay

Competitive pay starting at $60,000+ depending on experience.
