Quality Assurance Lead
for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content.
We have:
- Estimated Starting Salary Range: USD $33.27/Hr. - USD $55.43/Hr. Salary to be determined by education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, internal equity, alignment with market data.
Thus we have Pay section with salary range.
- Description: includes responsibilities: "Designing, developing, and overseeing the quality control and safety program to ensure full compliance across all fabrication, machining, and prototyping efforts Analyzing complex quality requirements, leading the investigation of significant deficiencies, and maintaining all master Quality Control files". Also "FILLING THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON FUNDING" maybe not needed? It's a note but maybe we can include as part of responsibilities? It's a condition. We'll include as part of responsibilities maybe.
- Requirements: list of education/experience combos, then 10 years relevant experience in a lead QA role including bullet points. Also "Possess a current DoD Secret Security Clearance". Also "Clearance Information SRC IS A CONTRACTOR FOR THE U.S. GOVERNMENT, THIS POSITION WILL REQUIRE U.S. CITIZENSHIP AS WELL AS, A U.S. GOVERNMENT SECURITY CLEARANCE AT THE SECRET LEVEL". Also "Travel Requirements Less than 15 business days per calendar year". So we have Travel section.
- Desired Skills: list of certifications, 10+ years experience within DoD manufacturing or production facilities.
- About Us: description of company, benefits: "SRC offers a generous benefit package, including medical, dental, and vision plans, 401(k) with a company match, life insurance, vacation and sick paid time off accruals with amounts increasing based on role and years of service, 11 paid holidays, tuition reimbursement, and a work environment that encourages excellence and more." Also "For positions requiring a security clearance, selected applicants will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information." That's maybe part of Benefits or Requirements? It's about clearance process.
- EEO boilerplate to remove.
We need to output sections: About the role (maybe description), Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications (maybe education/experience?), Skills (desired skills), Benefits, Pay, Schedule (maybe travel? Travel is not schedule but maybe schedule? Travel requirements less than 15 business days per year could be considered Schedule? But schedule usually refers to work schedule (full-time, part-time, shift). Travel is separate; but we have no explicit schedule info. So we may not include Schedule section.
We need to decide which headings to use.
We have content for:
- About the role: maybe the description paragraph about designing, developing, overseeing QC program etc. Could be "About the role". Or we could treat that as Responsibilities.
Better: Use "About the role" for a brief overview of the position (the description). Then "Responsibilities" for bullet list of duties. However the description already includes duties; we could combine.
But we need to avoid thin sections. Let's think: The posting includes a paragraph describing the role: "Designing, developing, and overseeing the quality control and safety program to ensure full compliance across all fabrication, machining, and prototyping efforts Analyzing complex quality requirements, leading the investigation of significant deficiencies, and maintaining all master Quality Control files". That's essentially responsibilities. Could be placed under Responsibilities.
We also have "FILLING THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON FUNDING" maybe a note; we could include as a short paragraph under About the role or Responsibilities.
We have Requirements: education/experience combos, 10 years experience, etc. Also security clearance requirement.
We have Desired Skills: certifications, DoD experience.
We have Benefits: medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, life insurance, vacation/sick PTO, 11 paid holidays, tuition reimbursement, work environment encourages excellence.
We have Pay: salary range.
We have Travel: less than 15 business days per calendar year.
We have About Us: description of company (Scientific Research Corporation). Could be "About the company" but we only have headings list: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. No "About Us". But we could put company description under About the role? Might be okay.
But we need to follow instruction: Use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we should only use those headings. If we have content for About Us, we could put it under About the role? Might be okay but not ideal. However we could omit About Us if not fitting headings; but we must preserve ALL substantive information. So we need to include company description somewhere. Could put under About the role as a brief overview of the company? But About the role is about the role, not company. However we could treat "About the role" as including both role and company overview? Might be stretching.
Alternatively we could create a section "About the role" for role description, and put company description under Benefits? No.
Maybe we can treat "About the role" as the role description, and put company description under "About the role" as a preamble? Might be acceptable.
But we also have "About Us" which is not in allowed headings; but we could still include it as a
without heading? The instruction says use
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings, but says use those for section headings. It might be okay to include other headings if needed, but better to stick to those.
We could put company description under "About the role" as a short paragraph before responsibilities.
Let's decide sections:
- About the role: include overview of role and maybe company description? We'll include role description paragraph.
- Responsibilities: bullet list of duties (maybe same as description but we can split). We'll extract bullet points: designing, developing, overseeing QC and safety program; analyzing complex quality requirements; leading investigation of significant deficiencies; maintaining master QC files; providing guidance and mentorship to lower level inspectors; ensuring corrective actions; maintaining inspection records; identifying deficiencies; updating inspection techniques; analyzing complex quality requirements to determine necessary controls, processes, tooling, test equipment; serving as primary point of contact for quality matters.
We'll list them.
- Requirements: education/experience combos, 10 years lead QA experience, security clearance, US citizenship, etc. Also travel? Travel is separate.
- Qualifications: maybe we could treat education/experience as Qualifications, and Requirements as something else? But we have both headings. Could split: Qualifications: education/experience combos; Requirements: experience details, security clearance, etc. However the posting lumps them together. We need to avoid thin sections. Might be better to combine into Requirements only and omit Qualifications. But we need to include all substantive info; we can put education/experience under Requirements.
- Skills: desired skills (certifications, DoD experience).
- Benefits: list of benefits.
- Pay: salary range.
- Schedule: maybe travel requirements? Travel less than 15 business days per year could be considered schedule? Not exactly. But we have no schedule info like full-time, shift. Could we omit Schedule? The instruction: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text. So if we don't have schedule content, we should not include Schedule heading. So we omit Schedule.
- Travel: we have travel requirements less than 15 business days per year. There's no heading for Travel in the list, but we could include under Schedule? Not appropriate. Could we create a custom heading? The instruction says use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It gives examples but not exclusive list. It might be okay to add other headings if needed, but better to stick to given ones. However we need to preserve travel info. Could we put travel under Benefits? No. Could we put under Requirements? Possibly as a note. Could add a
under Requirements about travel. Thus we can omit Travel heading. Now we need to output HTML fragment only, no /, no markdown fences. We'll produce:
