Quality Assurance Lead
Location: San Miguel Produce, Oxnard, CA | Shift: Swing | Reports to: FSQA Assistant Manager

Grimmway Produce Group is seeking a Quality Assurance Lead to monitor overall quality of Ready to Eat vegetables from raw material to finished product and ensure all appropriate samples are collected and evaluated. Monitor the food safety and quality records during production. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- General computer skills
- Prior knowledge in food safety, quality control testing, safety and other related duties
- Ability to work overtime depending on business need
- Bi-lingual, English/Spanish, with the ability to speak, read, and write in both
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and electronic quality management systems
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information in a professional manner
- Punctual, regular, and consistent attendance, and ability to work overtime, nights and weekends if needed
Pay
Starting Wage: $21.00 / Hour
Schedule
Shift: Swing. Overtime, nights, and weekends may be required based on business needs.
