Quality Assurance Inspector

About the role

This position involves inspecting and measuring internally manufactured parts or procured products to ensure they meet Click Bond and/or customer specifications.

Responsibilities

• Uses various measurement equipment to verify compliance with engineering drawings and procedures.
• Completes inspection records, Physical and Chemical certifications.
• Affixes AS9102 FAI’s and documents non-conformances.
• Enters data into Click Bond ERP/MRP system.
• Verifies completeness and accuracy of all documentation before parts are shipped to external customers.
• Interacts politely and courteously with both internal and external customers.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience in quality control or manufacturing environment preferred.

Qualifications

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and procedures.

Skills

Proficiency with measurement equipment and software.
