Quality Assurance Inspector (All Levels)

About the role

The Quality Assurance Inspector is responsible for ensuring that all products meet the highest standards of quality and safety. This includes inspecting raw materials, semi-finished goods, and finished products to identify defects and non-conformities.

Responsibilities

• Inspect raw materials, semi-finished goods, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Identify and document defects, non-conformities, and deviations from specifications.
• Work closely with production teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Conduct audits and inspections to verify adherence to quality control procedures.
• Prepare reports on inspection findings and recommendations for corrective actions.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in quality assurance or related field.
• Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Experience with quality management systems such as ISO 9001.
• Understanding of statistical process control (SPC).
• Knowledge of non-destructive testing methods.
