Responsibilities
- Perform quality audits on the production floor to ensure product conformity and procedures and instructions are being followed
- Initiate containment and certification activity when non-conformances are identified
- Update product inventory status in Syspro and records non-conforming product in QDA
- Audit results to the production and/or quality teams
- Analyze, track and report audit results to the production and/or quality teams
- Create instructions and visual aids to standardize work processes
- Train and support Henrob personnel in quality related training
- Support customer concern investigations and manufacturing quality issues
- Participate in internal auditing systems
- Absorb and conduct product inspection and scheduled product audits as required
- Carry out other related duties as assigned
Requirements
- Working knowledge of quality systems
- Certified auditor preferred, not required
- Skills with Windows and MS Office applications
- Experience using Syspro or similar business systems
- Able to maintain professional behavior in all situations
- Communicate effectively at all levels, good interpersonal skills
- Organized, with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize assignments
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve targets
- Ability to work independently
- Able to lift and carry up to 40 pounds
- Walk, bend and stand throughout the shift, in a manufacturing plant and lab environment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or associate’s degree
