Quality Assurance Inspector

About the role

ALMACO, in Nevada, Iowa, is adding to our Quality team. We are seeking applicants for a Quality Assurance Inspector for our custom Ag equipment.

Responsibilities

• Inspect ALMACO equipment such as combines and planters to ensure the machine is built correctly regarding fit, form and function.
• Perform cycle tests on the machine and alert the team if any issues are discovered to ensure the issues are resolved before they go to the customer.
• Help develop and work to improve standard quality procedures, techniques and methods to ensure quality standards are met for our customers.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• An associate (2-year) degree or trade/technical school certification is preferred.
• Previous experience doing quality assurance work is preferred.
• A valid driver's license is required.
• A mechanical or agriculture background is preferred.

Qualifications

• National Career Readiness Certificate is welcome.
