Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic initiatives aligned with the company's mission and values.

• Support the implementation of the Seneca Nation's Seventh Generation Principle in all business operations.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of strong relationships with clients and partners.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Public Policy, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate strategy, business development, or a similar role.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and managing projects.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to inform decision-making.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels of an organization.
• Experience working with federal government agencies preferred.

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
