Quality Assurance & Food Safety Manager – Food Manufacturing

Role: Plant Quality Manager Responsibilities Lead food safety and quality assurance at the manufacturing facility.Own and maintain plant quality systems, including HACCP, GMPs, sanitation, and regulatory compliance.Manage, develop, and lead the QA team to ensure adherence to quality standards.Analyze quality data, conduct root cause investigations, and implement corrective actions.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and safety.Collaborate with Operations, R&D, and Corporate Quality teams to support innovation and new product launches.Ensure the integrity of products and compliance with customer and company standards. Qualifications & Skills Experience in food safety, quality assurance, or related roles within manufacturing.Knowledge of HACCP, GMPs, sanitation practices, and regulatory requirements.Strong leadership and team development skills.Ability to analyze data, identify root causes, and implement improvements.Effective collaboration across departments to support product quality and innovation.
