Quality Assurance - Fabrication Technician B

This role involves overseeing regulatory compliance, quality, sanitation, and food safety programs within a protein and salt processing facility. Key Responsibilities Include Monitoring FSIS/CFIA activities and ensuring plant adherence to regulatory standards.Acting as liaison between USDA/CFIA and plant operations.Engaging with customers to review product performance and address inquiries or complaints.Managing employee selection, training, performance, and efficiency.Collaborating with corporate technical services and other managers to verify results and communicate effectively. Qualifications And Skills Required Eligibility to work in the US without sponsorship.18 years or older, proficient in English.High school diploma or GED preferred.Strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office.Experience in beef processing, quality assurance, supervision, or laboratory work is advantageous.Bi-lingual abilities (English and Spanish or Somali) are a plus.
