Location: Alpharetta, GA (Onsite 5 Days). Duration: Contract to Hire.

About the role

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer with strong skills in both manual and automation testing. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience developing automation frameworks and testing web, desktop, and database-based applications in both on-premise and cloud-based environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute manual and automated test scripts using tools like Selenium with Java/Python.
• Perform extensive API testing.
• Test applications across web, desktop, and database platforms.
• Execute scripts in on-premise and cloud-based test environments.
• Drive continuous improvement in team standards, test planning, resourcing, test execution, debugging, metric collection, and reporting.
• Translate user and system requirements into test scripts.
• Troubleshoot issues and collaborate with multiple teams to build solid relationships.
• Organize and prioritize work effectively with strong time management skills.

Requirements

• Extensive knowledge of information systems elements (hardware, software, network) and their application to business functions/processes.
• Proficiency in testing tools, database concepts, and MS Office.
• Understanding of business processes and rules affecting system development and implementation.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills (oral and written).
• Ability to multi-task, work independently, and be team-oriented with strong attention to detail.
• Flexibility and adaptability to change.
• High level of self-motivation and passion for testing.
• Fast learner and eager to acquire new skills.

Pay

$55.00 USD Hourly - $59.00 USD Hourly.
